What can gun control laws do when a heart is bent on committing evil acts?
What can laws do to prevent the premeditated determination of an evil action?
The answer is nothing! The laws of any country can and are broken daily. And though they may prevent some people from committing heinous crimes, they ultimately are useless in hindering the determined sinful mind.

President Obama did all that he could do in saying that "meaningful action" would be taken. However I ask Mr President and all law makers everywhere, what can you really do? No Law can prevent a determined evil heart. Take away the guns, they will use knives, cars, plans, fire, water, whatever it takes!!!
So you may ask, what can? What can help?
The saving grace of God can! The acceptance of the revelation of Christ can change the determined sinful heart into a heart that yearns for righteousness. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the good news of what God has done, not only to save sinners from eternal damnation in hell, but good news about what God is doing in the sinner presently. The Lord is in the business of changing the disposition of the heart. The power of the Gospel can! The power of the Gospel can!!!
